Renee’s approach, as a yoga teacher and movement and meditation guide with a strong background in dance, weaves together body, breath, awareness and meditation to shape an accessible, creative and deeply embodied practice. Through the fusion of yoga and contemporary dance, she invites participants to inhabit the body with presence, sensitivity and inner listening.
The experience invites you to explore movement from an intimate and conscious place, combining fluid and expressive sequences, moments of meditative stillness, breathwork practices and rituals of inner connection. The sessions take place in serene natural settings, with small groups that allow for personalized attention and a respectful accompaniment of each individual process.
